Check In Process

Class Check-In

We request that members check themselves in before class starts. If the class has started then please check in at the end of class. We ask that you uphold our trust in you with this honour approach.

Our check-in process uses a computer application that has been custom designed and developed by Prospect IT Consulting. The application utilizes a scanner to read the barcode on the ZumbaFunFit membership card.

The benefit for the member is that the checkin is quick and the number of classes remaining is shown. Membership Cards

  • A laminated identification card with a barcode is issued when a new multi-class package is bought.

  • Lost or damaged laminated cards can also be replaced for $1. Part of the laminated card cost goes to support Lanark County Interval House(LCIH).

 

Features

  • We can accommodate our regular members "paying for" another person to attend by using one of their bought classes. But it does still mean that the other person has to be in our database for this to work. (Filling in the waiver will ensure that the person is in the database).

  • Transfers of classes from one member to another are also granted under certain conditions. This is handled with the computer membership application.

  • Tax receipts for children attending paid sessions may also be issued upon request.

  • A "credit" for an attendance when there are no more paid classes is automatically created. This will be "paid off" upon the next order of a class or session package.
